First of all, this is what is on my mind. How much I will miss these two little angels:
Tell me you wouldn't miss them too.
Second, I am SO excited for the Kiev v. Barcelona soccer game TONIGHT! Yay!!! And then tomorrow night we are going to see the Nutcracker ballet with our host mom and our friend KayAnna. :) I'm really excited for that. I was once a soldier in the Nutcracker ballet. I've had fond memories of this ballet ever since :) On Friday night we have our closing party with the ILP group. I'm really excited! I'm gonna miss these girls. I will see some of them again, the ones in Utah or at BYU but I don't know if I will see some of them again. We really had an amazing group. Even the school coordinators told us that we are the best group they have ever had, as far as just working together, getting along, and having fun. On Saturday I don't have any plans which is actually perfect because I am speaking in church on Sunday (they got me at their last opportunity! I tried to run! :)) so it's nice to have the day to prepare. Then Monday and Tuesday are our closing programs with the kids for their parents. (We are praying that things go smoothly, haha, because it definitely has the potential to turn into chaos. But I think we will make it :)). Then Wednesday we pack up and then we leave Thursday! Really, it's more like Wednesday night that we leave because our flight leaves at 5 am, which means we really leave around 3 am. Yay. All I have to say about all of this is that this trip has been one of the best experiences of my life. Sometimes it was hard. Sometimes it was stressful. Sometimes it sucked, I won't lie. But all of that does not matter because the good things about it overwhelmingly outweigh the bad things. I am coming home with a new family (Jenya, Lyuda, Yulia and Illia Bilousava), new friends, and new, valuable experiences. Yes, I must say this trip has been the trip of a lifetime. Would not trade it for anything. Okey dokey, I'd better go plan more for our closing programs.
P.S. I feel so proud that I got to spend the last few months with my sister when she is a single woman. I'm kind of the VIP, if I do say so myself :)
