Yep, I just had my last Sunday in Ukraine. I love this international branch so much. What I really love is how we got to know everyone in it, no matter their age. We were friends with the kids and the older missionary couples. It really felt like family in that way. I sure will miss it.
I spoke in church today, about Joseph Smith. I think it went pretty well. All the meetings at church today were wonderful. Very good day. Now I'm just waiting for Lyuda and the kids to get home so I can get my daily dose of lovin and hugs from Yulia and Illia! They make my day!
In three days, we'll be on that plane heading back home. I'm so happy and also a bit surprised. I think I always had the mindset of "Ukraine trip being over? That's not for another decade." but in the good way, ha ha. Going home just didn't take up a ton of my thoughts. Sure, I missed home, but I never really thought about actually going home. But I will be, very soon here. I can't wait to see everyone!
