This has been the longest and shortest week. It's hard to describe. I read
this blog post and think it does a pretty good job of describing how it feels. Time is totally weird and off in a way. But it is so great at the same time. It is so true what she says of becoming someone's entire existence. I think that is part of what makes time irrelevant. We are just loving this girl. One week old today. Here are some pictures. I'm trying so hard to remember to take them because I know she is changing every day already. Don't want to miss any of it.

| On her phototherapy bed for her jaundice. SO happy her biliruben is going down. So so happy. |
| Loves daddy so much. |
| With my mom. She has been here all week and has been AMAZING with all the help! |
| 5 days old. |
| It looks like Kate is camera shy here. :) |
| With cousin Daniel. |
| I'm not sure who loves this more, Chance or Kate. :) |
| Sunbathing :) |
| Her feet (totally got my feet, by the way!) which have so many pokes from all the tests! |
| This might be my favorite picture. Her waking up stretch. |
| With Aunt Julie! |
| Aunt Katie came down |
We were so happy Katie came down to see us!
Right now I am pumping la leche while chance types for me. I love my baby kate. She is so sweet and cuddly and makes the best facial expressions. She likes to wrinkle up her little face when she stretches or yawns or cries.
We love having her here and it's been an awesome week!
Love her. Cannot wait until this weekend!
