We are loving this baby bjorn baby carrier. Kate and I both. I've gone to Smiths a couple times with her in it and both times she was just quiet and happy and eventually fell asleep (I took the top picture after we got back from the store and she was passed out :)). Super convenient to have and for just $20 on ksl, it's even more wonderful.
On a sidenote, climbing stairs with her in this thing and not using my arms makes me remember why stairs left me breathless when she was in my belly :)
