Haha, so I just love being married. So many things about it are just awesome. More specifically, I LOVE being married to Chance. He be makin me laugh ALL da time! For example, one time I had to do this story reading in my ElEd drama class. I had to read a childrens' book for one minute in front of the class. Not too hard. But I was a little nervous because we had to have it basically memorized and use lots of voices and whatnot. So the evening before I was practicing with Chance. I read through and he listened and I did good. Then Chance was like, "I want to try!" so he starts reading the story. Holy cow. I can't remember when I've laughed so hard! I was literally rolling around! It was awesome. He did the funniest accents and added in his own bits. I kinda stopped being nervous after that. I was too caught up laughing and it helped so much. I think our kids are going to be plenty entertained! :) Oh something else. So apparently, I have this funny habit that I do while driving that Chance pointed out in the funniest way. He says that when I drive, I'm relaxed for the most part, but then when it comes time to turn, I perk up and put my nose up and look both ways many times! Hahaha! So now if Chance is ever driving, he'll do that and holy cow it makes me laugh so hard! And I noticed...he's right. I do kinda do that when I drive :) I've always known I'd have to marry someone who loved to laugh as much as me. Mission accomplished :)
On another note, Chance's brother Chaz is home for two weeks from Afghanistan!!!! He got home yesterday after 6 months in war. He'll go back for 6 more months after this break. He's a Kiowa helicopter pilot in the Army, which is pretty amazing. We'll see him this Saturday and it's so great because Chance has not seen his brother in over 3 years!!!
Last thing, here's one of my favorite quotes from conference. It's from Elder Uchtdorf's talk "Of Things That Matter Most."
"There is a beauty and clarity that comes from simplicity that we sometimes do not appreciate in our thirst for intricate solutions."
I think I'm often one who looks for intricate solutions. I want to know exactly why, exactly when, exactly how much. I haven't done many, but I think I'd be a good puzzle-doer. :) But this advice is so good! There are so many answers and solutions around us but we often dismiss them as too simple! One that often gets me is, "Reading scriptures can't really make me feel better. I'm so tired and stressed and it's so simple. Too simple. The solution has to be that I finish every single thing on my to do list, then I will feel better." But I'm always wrong. Always. There are many little things that happen every day that have much simpler solutions than we think. What a good reminder it is that if we use the simple solutions we might be pleasantly surprised.

So cute Anna! I love your blog, and your wedding photos are gorgeous.
